Day 01: Arrival at Delhi Upon arrival at the Delhi International airport, meet incredible India tour representative for assisted transfer to the hotel for overnight stay. After breakfast, begin a guided tour of Delhi. Sightseeing trip includes Humayun Tomb, Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate and President's House. Overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi - Srinagar After the breakfast, check out Delhi and drive to Domestic Airport to board a morning flight to Srinagar. This place is truly synonymous to heaven. Upon the arrival at Srinagar, meet out representative at Airport for assisted transfer to the Houseboat / Hotel. Places such as the ancient Shankaracharya Temple along with famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar (Adobe of Love) and Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring) remain on the charts. The later part of the journey involves visiting handicraft & handloom centres that are recognized for production of Pashmina / Shahtoosh shawls and carpets. Evening is kept free for leisure and overnight stay at the Houseboat / Hotel.
Day 03: Srinagar to Gulmarg (60 Km / 2 hrs approx.) Get ready for Shikara boat ride on Dal lake that constitutes one of the most soothing & relaxing aspects of a holiday in Kashmir. In the early morning as we finish our breakfast we explore the Dal Lake and its waterways. Get ready to witness the floating vegetable market in a traditional Shikara boat, which can only be experienced in Thailand and Kashmir. After breakfast we drive to Gulmarg (Meadows of Flower), which lies at approximately 2730 m above sea level. On arrival we check-in the Hotel. Khilanmarg, Kongdoori & Seven springs remain on our charts after Gulmarg. Get ready to be enthralled by gorgeous Apharwat peaks is Alpather Lake and evening is spent at the hotel.
Day 04: Gulmarg In the morning as we finish our breakfast, we spend a day at leisure where you explore the destination of your own choice. Overnight stay at the Hotel is planned.
Day 05 : Gulmarg to Pahalgam (160 km / 5 hrs approx.) As we finish our breakfast we drive to Pahalgam, popularly recognized as the Valley of Shepherds via Srinagar. On the arrival, we check-in at the hotel. We witness the gorgeous Saffron fields of Pampore and Avantipur ruins. There also remains 1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu that is built by King Avantiwareman. Magnificent pine forests, countryside, goats and cattle, rice fields and shepherds grazing sheep grace your sightseeing. The Sheshnag Lake and river Lidder also gazes from it along with Pahalgam village. Meadow of Baisaran, Hajan on the way to Chandanwari along with other scenic beauties render immaculate references. Overnight stay at the Hotel is planned.
Day 06: Pahalgam In the morning after finishing our breakfast, the day is at leisure to explore the destination of your own choice.
Day 07: Pahalgam to Srinagar ( 96 km / 03 hrs approx.) After the breakfast, drive back to Srinagar and check-in to the hotel. Rest of the day is kept free for visiting local shops. Overnight stay at Hotel remains on the planning charts.
Day 08: Srinagar, Sonmarg and Kargil After breakfast, we move towards the rugged terrain of Kargil that includes the way via Sonmarg. Known as the meadow of gold, Sonmarg renders snowy mountains against the blue sky. Incredible scenic beauty, giant mountains and dense pine forests make things awesome. You can enjoy exciting trekking routes here with high mountain lakes and glaciers. Sri Amarnath Holy cave also remains to be witnessed. The beautiful river meanders along here & abounds with Trout & Mahseer. Get ready to witness the beautiful Zojila Pass, recognized as the "Gateway to Ladakh". Immediately after the Zozila Pass the topography suddenly changes and lush green Kaskmir valley is replaced by the dry, rugged, mountainous scenery of Ladakh plateau against the deep blue sky. Drass, second coldest place in the world after Verkhoyansk in Siberia comes our way. On the arrival we check-in the Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel is planned.
Day 09: Kargil, Lamayuru and Alchi (161 km / 5 hrs) As we finish breakfast we move towards Alchi via Lamayuru. En route we witness the beautiful Namikala (3718 m) and Fotula (4094 m). We also visit the huge rock-cut statue of Lord Buddha at Mulbekh. Lamayuru Monastery (106 km fromKargil) also remains on our charts. Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp.
Day 10: Alchi - Likir - Basgo - Leh (3521 m) (69 km / 2 hrs) As we finish our breakfast we move towards Alchi (5 km from Uleytokpo Camp). Just before Alchi we go across the mighty River Indus that goes over the bridge and reach Ladakh's most loved Alchi Monastery. Wall paintings, similar to those of the Tabo monastery in Spiti, remain on the charts. We also take you to Likir (16 km) and visit Likir Monastery. Thereafter we move towards Basgo. Ruins of Royal Palace at Basgo and Ser Zung Temple are rendered before you. Thereafter we witness the Leh (3521 m), Capital of Ladakh. Overnight stay at the Hotel is planned.
Day 11: Leh Monasteries After breakfast, devote the full day towards the visit to the monasteries near Leh. During the day, visit to Shankar, Spituk and Phyang monasteries is the highlight. In the afternoon, we walk around Leh town and take you to Leh Market. The Leh Palace ruins, Shanti Stupa and Leh Gompa remain on the charts. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 12: Leh - Chumathang - Tso Moriri Lake (Korzok Monastery) (4572 m) (227 km / 9-10 hrs) After the breakfast, visit Tso Moriri Lake. From Leh we move towards Upshi on Leh-Manali road. Another valley awaits your arrival. Going through sandy deserts, narrow valleys, rocky paths, there are ample of hot tourist destinations on our travelling charts. We also visit Chumathang famous for its hot springs. Driving through the Tso Moriri Lake we drive past a small green valley, Phya. We take you to Korzok village (4572 m). It is a settlement in Rupshu region with nearly 500 people as population.
Day 13: Tso Moriri Lake (Korzok Monastery) This day is kept free to explore the areas near the Lake along with the Korzok Monastery. The exploration also includes the village as well. The beauty of the Lake is that it has brackish water and is 8 km wide and 28 km long. Many species of birds can be found such as Great Crested Grebe, Brahmini ducks (ruddy sheldrake), Bar Headed Geese, Brown-headed gull etc. You can witness Kiangs (Tibetan Wild Ass).
Day 14: Tso Moriri Lake (Korzok Manastery)- Tso Khar Lake - Tanglang La Pass - Leh After the breakfast, visit the beautiful Korzok Manastery that stands at 4572 meters. We also take you to Mahe village. En route one can witness the Puga Valley, a grassy plain with a small sacred stream where one can notice Sulphur springs and Geysers. We continue our drive to Tsokar via Polokongka Pass. We take you to Tso Khar also called as the White Lake. A short drive at Leh-Manali road gives you access to Leh via Tanglangla Pass.
Day 15: Leh Sightseeing After breakfast, we move towards Indus Valley Monastery Tour. We visit Shey, the ancient capital of Ladakh. You will witness a huge gold-gilded statue of Buddha Sakyamuni. We also take you to Thiksey Monastery (Gompa). There also remains the famous Hemis Monastery. Stok Palace also remains on our travelling charts. Overnight stay at the Hotel is planned.
Day 16: Leh - Delhi (Flt: 9W-610 / 0840 hrs - 0955 hrs) After breakfast, drive Airport in order to board the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, our representatives assist you at the airport. Rest of the day is kept for the leisure for shopping or individual activities. Overnight stay at the Hotel is planned.
Day 17: Delhi - Agra - Delhi (220 km / 5 hrs one way) After breakfast, we move from Delhi to Agra. Get ready to witness one of the most beautiful monuments of the world, Taj Mahal. Delights abound as you explore the prime attraction of Agra, Taj Mahal on the bank of the River Yamuna. Visit to Agra Fort is also on the charts. Return to Delhi on the same day for overnight stay.
Day 18: Depart Delhi Check out Delhi and drive to International Airport to board the flight for onward destination and conclude the trip with the best of incredible India tour memories.
