CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY
a) For Top Travel Tour packages Cancellation received in writing by TOP TRAVEL AND TOURS (P) LTD. New Delhi (INDIA) between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival in India / Nepal are liable to a service charge of US $50 person, but those with less than 14 days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of US $100 per person.
b) For Hotels / Luxury trains As per the policy of the respective hotels and luxury trains.
c) For air / train booking As epr the policy of the respective airline / Indian railways
d) For Foreign Tour Operator / Agents The policy will vary from agent to agent as per the agreement. However the general policy is as under. -Trip cancellations The respective agent will give Top Travel notice of any departure date cancellations at least 30 days prior to departure date. - Passenger cancellations 90% for cancellation after day 1 of the trip start date or pax no show. 20% for cancellation within 1-14 days prior to the start date of the trip. 10% for cancellation within 15 - 30 days prior to the start date of the trip. No charges for cancellations 31 days or more prior to start date of the trip.
e) Refund will be Processed within 10 to 15 working days.
Note...
1) No refund will be made for any of the listed services not utilized, but substitute arrangements, if any payable separately.
2) We can handle "Special Interest Conference " and incentive tours for groups as well as any of your FIT clients on other than those listed in the TOP TOURS Brochure.
